In short
Only clone a voice or face with that person’s consent, respect other people’s rights, never make content that harms or deceives, and be open about what is AI.
For AutorunX, its own acceptable use policy is the binding version.
Where this applies
These rules apply to bluehans.com, to work we do for clients and to content made with our products. AutorunX and Rescue & Romance also have their own rules, which apply to each product:
Consent for voices, faces and likenesses
Only clone, imitate or generate a voice, face or likeness when it is:
- your own;
- someone who gave you explicit, verifiable consent for that specific use;
- a fictional or fully synthetic persona that does not imitate a real, identifiable person; or
- material you are otherwise licensed or legally allowed to use.
Never imitate a real person’s voice, face, image, name or signature performance without their consent. That includes public figures and performers.
Be open about AI
- Don’t present AI-generated people, voices or footage as a real recording of a real person, or as something that really happened.
- Label AI-generated or AI-altered content wherever a platform, an advertising network or the law asks you to.
- We hold ourselves to the same rule. The characters in Rescue & Romance are fictional and their words are generated by AI; every character image or video on our site carries an “AI model” label.
Respect other people’s rights
Don’t upload, generate or publish content that infringes copyright, trademarks or other rights, including songs, lyrics, scripts, recordings, images, logos and brand assets you don’t have rights to.
Content that is never allowed
- Anything that sexually exploits or endangers minors. We report it to the authorities.
- Non-consensual intimate imagery, or sexual content about a real, identifiable person.
- Deceptive deepfakes made to defraud, manipulate elections, spread disinformation, defame or harass.
- Content that promotes terrorism or violent extremism, incites violence or helps cause serious harm.
- Harassment, bullying, threats, doxxing or hate against protected groups.
- Impersonating any person or organisation.
- Anything unlawful where you or your audience are.
Playing fair
In our games and apps, don’t use names or photos that are offensive, sexual, impersonate someone or infringe others’ rights, and don’t cheat, abuse or attack the service. Don’t try to get unauthorised access to our systems, overload them, scrape them beyond published limits or get around credit, plan or usage limits.
Reporting and enforcement
In Rescue & Romance, use the in-app Report button or write to hello@bluehans.com. For AutorunX, email support@autorunx.com. For anything else, email pravin@bluehans.com or our Grievance Officer. We may remove content and suspend or close accounts that break these rules, and we cooperate with law enforcement where the law requires it.
